CLAMP+ is an integrated deep learning-based platform for chromatin loop analysis, incorporating an advanced Chromatin Accessibility Language Model (CLAMP). Built upon high-throughput experimental data across species and cell types, CLAMP+ effectively identifies and analyzes specific chromatin loops across 10 species, 18 proteins, and 24 cell types.
The core functionality of CLAMP+ is divided into two primary modules:
Extract DNA sequence embeddings using pretrained CLAMP to deeply capture structural and functional information. Transform complex genomic sequences into high-dimensional feature vectors.
Predict chromatin loops by analyzing pairs with our advanced language model. Generate comprehensive reports with detailed visualization charts.
By providing this integrated computational platform, we expect CLAMP+ to become an essential tool in the field of chromatin structure and function research, reducing technical barriers to analysis, accelerating our understanding of gene regulatory mechanisms, and ultimately advancing scientific progress across the biomedical community.
